AlphaBiolabs is a UKAS-accredited laboratory providing DNA relationship and paternity testing, drug and alcohol testing, and health screening services. The company serves the legal profession, businesses, social services, and the general public, with results accepted by the Ministry of Justice, Home Office, and UK Visas and Immigration.

Testing is performed in-house at its Warrington laboratory, supported by a UK-wide network of walk-in sample collection centres.
