Autolus Therapeutics is a London-based commercial-stage biopharma developing next-generation programmed T cell therapies.

Its lead product AUCATZYL (obecabtagene autoleucel) received FDA approval in November 2024 and MHRA conditional marketing authorisation in 2025 for relapsed or refractory B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukaemia, with NICE recommending it for NHS use in November 2025.

The company manufactures AUCATZYL at its dedicated facility in Stevenage and is expanding obe-cel into autoimmune indications including lupus and progressive MS.
