The company's technology is based on fully synthetic mycolic acids, chemically defined cell wall components unique to mycobacteria, which serve as highly specific antigens for immunoassay development.

Diagnostig also supplies synthetic mycolic acids and related mycobacterial cell wall compounds as research reagents.
