Edinburgh Technopole is a life sciences and technology science park set within 126 acres of parkland on the Bush Estate, 8 miles south of Edinburgh.

Operated by Pioneer Group in partnership with the University of Edinburgh, the campus provides flexible laboratory, office, and small-scale manufacturing space to companies across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, animal health, and technology sectors.

Tenants include organisations active in cell therapy, CDMO services, veterinary diagnostics, and gene delivery.
