The zero-waste continuous fermentation process is integrated within existing biorefinery infrastructure, enabling large-scale production at competitive economics.
Its mycoprotein is supplied as a B2B ingredient to food brands and retailers developing meat, dairy, and seafood alternatives. Manufacturing is based at a dedicated facility in the Netherlands
