Enterprise Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing novel muco-regulatory therapies for respiratory diseases.

Its lead programme ETD001 is a first-in-class inhaled ENaC blocker designed to hydrate airway mucus and improve mucociliary clearance, currently in a Phase 2a trial in cystic fibrosis patients ineligible for or not benefiting from CFTR modulator therapy.

Headline Phase 2 data are anticipated in early 2026.

ETD001 holds FDA Rare Pediatric Disease designation.
