GenQA

GenQA is a not-for-profit provider of external quality assessment and proficiency testing for clinical genomics laboratories.

Its schemes assess analytical and interpretive performance across next-generation sequencing, molecular pathology, reproductive genetics, pharmacogenomics and inherited disease testing. The organisation supplies test materials, independent assessment and educational feedback to laboratories and clinical genetics teams.

GenQA operates from Edinburgh BioQuarter and Oxford under Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
