HIRANI connects industry, academia, health organisations, and government to drive collaboration, promote the region's capabilities nationally and internationally, and support innovation across medtech, diagnostics, biotech, and digital health.

The organisation manages the Innovate UK Life and Health Sciences Launchpad for Northern Ireland and delivers events, sector intelligence, and business support.
