Spanning 300 acres with nearly three million square feet of floor space, it hosts over 270 organisations across life sciences, energy, space and supporting technologies, and contains one of Europe's largest life science clusters.
A £376 million financing secured in 2025 supports a planned expansion to 4.2 million square feet.
