Mycofeast is an Oxford-headquartered industrial biotechnology company developing fermentation-derived ingredients for human and animal nutrition.

It combines precision and biomass fermentation with microbial strain development and bioprocess scale-up to develop functional beverage ingredients, dairy proteins, carotenoids and other bio-based compounds.

Its group includes strain and enzyme engineering capabilities in California and a large-scale fermentation manufacturing facility under development in Poland, supporting the translation of biological processes into commercial ingredient production.
