Targeted radiotheranostics for treatment-resistant solid tumours
Nuclide Therapeutics is a King's College London spin-out developing targeted radiopharmaceuticals for treatment-resistant solid tumours.
Its radiotheranostic approach uses tumour-binding molecules labelled with diagnostic or therapeutic radionuclides to identify and attack cancer cells. Lead programmes target ALDH1A1 and are advancing through preclinical development towards first-in-human assessment.
The company collaborates with radiochemistry and drug-discovery partners and announced a pharmAI research partnership in September 2026. Its treatments remain investigational.
