PhaSER Biomedical

PhaSER Biomedical is a reagents and research tools company commercialising a transgenic mouse model for drug discovery and development applications.

The mouse model is extensively humanised for drug-metabolising cytochrome P450 enzymes, enabling human-relevant predictions of drug efficacy, metabolite profiles, pharmacokinetics, and drug-drug interactions in a preclinical setting.

Developed over 20 years at the University of Dundee, the model is supplied to pharmaceutical companies, academic institutions, and global health research programmes.
