Surrey Research Park is a 70-acre science and technology park owned and managed by the University of Surrey, located adjacent to the university campus in Guildford.
Home to around 200 companies spanning life sciences, space and aerospace, digital technology, and cybersecurity, the park supports spinouts, SMEs, and multinational tenants.
It includes the SETsquared Surrey business incubator and provides access to university research expertise, lab-enabled workspace, and a collaborative innovation community.
