The Vaccine Group

The Vaccine Group develops recombinant herpesvirus-vectored vaccines against infectious diseases affecting livestock and companion animals.

Its modular platform is designed to generate durable immune responses in young animals, including those carrying maternally derived antibodies. Development programmes include bovine respiratory syncytial virus in calves and Streptococcus suis in pigs. The Plymouth-based company conducts preclinical vaccine research and works with animal health partners on further development and commercialisation.
