Founded 2001
ACE inhibitors for safer cardiovascular and fibrosis treatment

Angiodesign is a seed-stage drug discovery company developing next-generation domain-selective inhibitors of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE).

Unlike current-generation ACE inhibitors, which cause bradykinin accumulation and limiting side effects, Angiodesign's C-domain selective inhibitors aim to reduce blood pressure without this mechanism.

The platform also enables combination inhibitor molecules targeting heart failure, hypertension, and pulmonary fibrosis, with N-domain ACE inhibitors opening additional therapeutic applications.
