Aravax to Present Phase 2 PVX108 Peanut Allergy Results in November
Aravax will present topline results from its Phase 2 trial of PVX108 in peanut allergy at ACAAI in Phoenix (12 to 16 November) and the EAACI Food Allergy Congress in Utrecht (19 to 21 November). The randomised, placebo-controlled trial covers an adolescent safety cohort and a primary efficacy cohort of children aged 4 to 11, dosed intradermally each month for 12 months.
Aravax Awarded FDA Fast Track Designation for PVX108
Aravax has received FDA Fast Track designation for PVX108, its peptide immunotherapy for peanut allergy. The designation allows more frequent FDA engagement and potential eligibility for Accelerated Approval and Rolling Review as the drug progresses toward Phase 3.
