AskBio UK Ltd is the European headquarters of AskBio Inc., a fully integrated AAV gene therapy company and Bayer AG subsidiary.

Operating from Roslin Innovation Centre, the Edinburgh site develops the company's synthetic promoter technology, data-driven gene expression control sequences that complement AskBio's Pro10 AAV manufacturing platform and capsid library.

The clinical pipeline includes investigational therapies for Parkinson's disease, multiple system atrophy, heart failure, Pompe disease, and limb-girdle muscular dystrophy.
