Avatrial is a Cambridge-based biotechnology company developing an integrated platform for preclinical cancer drug discovery. It combines consented patient tissue and matched healthy samples with multi-omic profiling, machine learning and patient-derived organoid models to identify and validate therapeutic targets and biomarkers.

Through collaborations with hospitals and research partners, Avatrial produces human-relevant datasets and experimental models intended to improve the selection and evaluation of potential cancer treatments before clinical trials.
