Compass Pathways

Compass Pathways is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing synthetic psilocybin-based treatments for mental health conditions.

Its lead candidate, COMP360, is a proprietary synthesised psilocybin formulation administered alongside structured psychological support. COMP360 holds FDA Breakthrough Therapy designation and UK ILAP designation for treatment-resistant depression and is currently in two Phase 3 pivotal trials.

A separate programme in post-traumatic stress disorder is advancing toward late-stage clinical development following positive Phase 2 data.
