Dunad Therapeutics is a drug discovery biotech developing small molecule therapies for neurodegenerative diseases including ALS, frontotemporal dementia, and Parkinson's disease.

Its platform combines tunable covalent chemistry with targeted protein degradation, using monovalent small molecules that form durable bonds with disease-driving proteins to produce orally bioavailable, CNS-accessible degraders with improved selectivity.

Dunad has operations in Cambridge, UK and Cambridge, Massachusetts, and entered a strategic collaboration with Novartis in 2021.
