F-star Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing tetravalent bispecific antibodies for cancer and other serious diseases.

Its proprietary platform creates antibodies with four binding sites that simultaneously target two different antigens, enabling focused immune activation in the tumour microenvironment.

F-star has four clinical-stage immuno-oncology candidates and over 500 granted and pending patents.

The company has partnered with Takeda and Janssen among others, and became independent again in April 2025 following separation from invoX Pharma.
