Guilford Street Laboratories Ltd is a contract research organisation providing machine learning-powered mass spectrometry services for biomarker discovery, assay development, and precision medicine. The company specialises in high-sensitivity multi-omic analysis of protein, lipid, and metabolite biomarkers, supporting diagnostic test development and clinical validation across rare, cardiac, and neurodegenerative diseases. Originally developed within UCL's Great Ormond Street Institute of Child Health, Guilford Street Laboratories is a UCL spin-out operating from Liverpool Science Park.
