Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing targeted therapies for haematological malignancies and autoimmune diseases.

Its lead asset, HG-CT-1, is a third-generation anti-FLT3 CAR-T cell therapy for relapsed and refractory acute myeloid leukaemia, currently in a Phase 1 dose-escalation trial including an adult and paediatric arm.

A second programme, CDX, is a bispecific FLT3-CD3 antibody developed in collaboration with Eli Lilly for AML treatment and bone marrow transplant conditioning.
