Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals is a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company developing targeted therapies for haematological malignancies and autoimmune diseases.
Its lead asset, HG-CT-1, is a third-generation anti-FLT3 CAR-T cell therapy for relapsed and refractory acute myeloid leukaemia, currently in a Phase 1 dose-escalation trial including an adult and paediatric arm.

Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals has signed a definitive Collaboration Agreement with Cellin Technologies for the manufacturing and clinical implementation of HG-CT-1, its CAR-T therapy for relapsed or refractory acute myeloid leukaemia, in Estonia under the Hospital Exemption framework. The deal converts a September 2025 letter of intent into a binding agreement, appoints Cellin as exclusive Estonian manufacturing and operational partner for five years, and marks Hemogenyx's first potential near-term revenue opportunity for HG-CT-1.
Hemogenyx Signs Vilnius University Hospital LOI for HG-CT-1 CAR-T Therapy
Hemogenyx Pharmaceuticals signed a letter of intent with Vilnius University Hospital Santaros Klinikos to trial and manufacture its HG-CT-1 CAR-T therapy for FLT3-positive leukaemia in Lithuania.
