Infinitopes

Infinitopes is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing therapeutic cancer vaccines designed to prevent metastatic recurrence.

Its lead candidate ITOP1 is a precision viral vector cancer vaccine targeting tumour antigens in patients with surgically resectable oesophageal adenocarcinoma, to be administered in the neoadjuvant setting while the primary tumour remains in situ.

The VISTA Phase I/IIa trial received MHRA approval in April 2025 and is enrolling across UK specialist cancer centres.
