Fibroblast immunology platform targeting cancer and inflammatory disease

Mestag Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing first-in-class antibody therapies that target activated fibroblasts to modulate immune responses in cancer and inflammatory disease.

Its lead programme, MST-0312, is a FAP-targeted LTBR agonist bispecific antibody designed to induce tertiary lymphoid structures in solid tumours. The first patient was dosed in the Phase 1 STARLYS trial in May 2026.

A second programme, M402, targets a stromal inhibitory receptor to dampen specific immune cell subsets in inflammatory disease.
