Jazz Pharmaceuticals is a global biopharmaceutical company focused on medicines for neuroscience and oncology.

Its UK operations, centred at Kent Science Park in Sittingbourne, form the heart of its global cannabinoid manufacturing and research activities, inherited through its 2021 acquisition of GW Pharmaceuticals for $7.2 billion.

GW pioneered the development of prescription cannabinoid medicines, including Epidiolex for childhood-onset epilepsy.

Jazz also maintains research and clinical offices in Cambridge, Oxford and London.
