Science and technology park with three national catapult centres
NETPark is a science, engineering and technology park located in Sedgefield, County Durham.
The campus provides laboratory, cleanroom and office space for companies from incubation through to scale-up manufacturing.
NETPark is the only UK science park with three National Catapult Centres on site and works in close partnership with Durham University.
A £100 million Phase 3 expansion completed in 2025 added 285,650 sq ft of new laboratory and production space.
