University genomics core facility for sequencing, single-cell and spatial analysis
The Imperial BRC Genomics Facility is a university core facility supporting translational genomics research.
It provides next-generation sequencing, single-cell genomics, spatial transcriptomics and proteomics, alongside experimental design, library preparation and bioinformatics analysis.
Its services are used to study the genetic basis of disease and to develop diagnostics and treatments.
The facility works with academic groups and, on a fee-for-service basis, commercial organisations.
