The Spatial Biology Facility is a university core research facility offering spatial transcriptomics, proteomics and multi-omics services.
Using imaging-based platforms, it maps RNA and protein expression at single-cell resolution within intact tissue sections.
The facility supports researchers with experimental design, sample preparation, bioinformatics analysis and data interpretation, and works alongside a cancer biobank and a bioinformatics hub.
Its work is used in cancer, immunology and developmental biology research.
