Pheno Therapeutics is a Scottish clinical-stage biotechnology company developing small molecule therapeutics that promote remyelination by boosting the function of oligodendrocytes in the central nervous system.

Its lead programme PTD802, a selective GPR17 antagonist licensed from UCB, received MHRA clinical trial authorisation in January 2025 for a Phase I first-in-human study in multiple sclerosis.

The company's proprietary phenotypic screening platform uses human stem cell models to identify novel remyelination targets across demyelinating neurological conditions.
