Plurify

Plurify is a biotech developing a long-lasting RNA platform that enables stable, non-integrating gene expression in cells for over 100 days without genomic integration.

The system combines the programmability of mRNA with the sustained expression of stable cell lines, supporting two key applications in cell therapy manufacturing: selective removal of unwanted cell populations from iPSC-derived therapy batches, and scalable stable cell line generation at bioreactor scale.
