RoslinCT is a CDMO specialising in advanced cell and gene therapies.

Operating purpose-built cGMP facilities at Edinburgh BioQuarter and in Hopkinton, Massachusetts, it provides process development, analytical testing, clinical and commercial manufacturing for autologous and allogeneic cell therapies, with particular expertise in iPSC development and gene editing.

The company manufactured the world's first CRISPR-edited cell therapy, which received MHRA approval in November 2023 and FDA approval in December 2023 for sickle cell disease.
