Summit Therapeutics is a clinical-stage oncology company with UK research operations originating from VASTox, a University of Oxford spin-out.

The company's lead candidate, ivonescimab, is a bispecific antibody targeting PD-1 and VEGF, in-licensed from Akeso and now in multiple global Phase III trials across non-small cell lung cancer and other solid tumours, with a Biologics License Application submitted to the FDA.

Summit collaborates with major pharmaceutical partners including Pfizer and GSK on combination studies.
