Axol Bioscience is a biotechnology company supplying human induced pluripotent stem cell-derived cells and research services for disease modelling and drug discovery.

Its portfolio includes neurons, cardiomyocytes, retinal organoids, retinal pigment epithelium and skin cell models, alongside culture media and custom assays.

Axol combined with Censo Biotechnologies in 2021, with Censo retaining control of the UK legal entity. In February 2026, Axol acquired Newcells Biotech's ophthalmology business, expanding retinal models and screening services.
