Creasallis

Creasallis is a biotechnology company developing antibody engineering technologies intended to improve drug delivery into solid tumours.

Its patented CreaTap platform modifies therapeutic antibodies to promote deeper penetration into tumour tissue. The approach is under development for monoclonal antibodies, antibody-drug conjugates and bispecific antibodies.

The company offers antibody engineering to biopharmaceutical partners and is building its own portfolio of antibody therapeutics. CreaTap remains investigational, with clinical benefit not yet established.
