Undecimal Bio is a biotechnology company developing targeted delivery technologies for small interfering RNA (siRNA) therapeutics beyond the liver.

Its DELiveri platform combines large-scale combinatorial chemistry, functional cell-based screening and AI to identify synthetic conjugates that transport siRNA into specific tissues. Unlike approaches based on cell binding, the platform measures productive intracellular delivery.

Spun out of Eleven Therapeutics, the company is initially developing RNA medicines for kidney and vascular diseases.

Undecimal Bio Raises €16M Seed to Target siRNA Delivery Beyond the Liver

Undecimal Bio, a Cambridge spin-out from Eleven Therapeutics, has raised a €16 million ($18 million) Seed round co-led by 4BIO Capital and IQ Capital, with Verve Ventures, Harel Tech, Entrée Capital, Kerna Ventures and Saras Capital participating. The funding will expand its DELiveri platform for directing siRNA medicines to defined cell types, progress its renovascular programmes and grow the team at its laboratories at the Cancer Research UK Cambridge Institute.
