Life science and biopharmaceutical park in the Cambridge cluster
Granta Park is a 120-acre managed life science campus in Great Abington, south of Cambridge, owned by BioMed Realty and TWI.
The park hosts around 30 organisations across purpose-built laboratory and office facilities, with current tenants including AstraZeneca, Illumina, Gilead, Bicycle Therapeutics and Altos Labs, supporting a scientific community of approximately 3,000 people.
A new 120,000 sq ft laboratory building recently completed on site, with further development plots available under outline planning consent.
