Operated by Pioneer Group, it provides flexible laboratory and office space alongside business support for start-up and established companies in consumer healthcare, medical technology, diagnostics, and digital health.
The facility occupies 100,000 sq ft in the art-deco D6 building and has been open to tenants since 2013.
