Unity Campus

Unity Campus is a life sciences and technology campus developed by Howard Group on the site of a former tannery at Pampisford, eight miles south of Cambridge, providing fully fitted laboratory and office space across a compact 11-acre site.

Phase 2 expansion delivered 150,000 sq ft of new laboratory and office space by the end of 2025, housing growing life science and technology companies across drug discovery, biotechnology and related sectors.
