Resolution Therapeutics to Present Interim EMERALD Data on RTX001 at AASLD 2026
Resolution Therapeutics will present interim data from its EMERALD trial of RTX001 as a late-breaker at AASLD 2026 in Denver on 8 November. EMERALD is a first-in-human, single-arm study of the regenerative macrophage therapy in 15 patients with end-stage liver disease recovering from recent decompensation, at centres in the UK and Spain.

Resolution Therapeutics has partnered with the Blood Centers of America to support US patient access to RTX001, its lead Regenerative Macrophage Therapy candidate for end-stage liver disease. The partnership underpins Resolution's pivotal clinical programme planned for 2027 and aims to let decompensated cirrhosis patients receive treatment locally rather than only at transplant centres.
