Rinri Therapeutics

Rinri Therapeutics is a clinical-stage biotech developing allogeneic regenerative cell therapies for sensorineural hearing loss, a condition affecting over 400 million people worldwide for which no disease-modifying treatment currently exists.

Its lead programme, Rincell-1, is an otic neural progenitor cell therapy designed to regenerate damaged auditory neurons in the cochlea.

Developed using their proprietary platform, it received MHRA Clinical Trial Authorisation in July 2025 for a Phase I/IIa first-in-human trial.
