Stratosvir develops engineered viral immunotherapies for advanced solid tumours and their metastases.
Its platform aims to overcome the limitations of injecting therapeutic viruses directly into tumours by enabling systemic, intravenous delivery. Within tumour tissue, the viruses are designed to replicate selectively and deliver immune-stimulating payloads.
Based at Stevenage Bioscience Catalyst, the company is advancing preclinical research into treatments for cancers that respond poorly to existing immunotherapies.
