AAB Therapeutics develops programmable nanovesicles from engineered human cell membranes for targeted intracellular drug delivery.

The vesicles are designed to carry RNA, small molecules or biologics, using surface targeting molecules and fusogenic proteins to release their cargo into cells.

The preclinical company has reported a prototype demonstrating RNA loading and target engagement in CD19-positive B cells. Proposed applications include B-cell malignancies and solid tumours such as pancreatic cancer.
