Sareum

Sareum is a clinical-stage biotechnology company developing small-molecule kinase inhibitors for autoimmune diseases and cancer.

Its lead oral TYK2/JAK1 inhibitor, SDC-1801, completed Phase 1 testing in healthy volunteers and is being prepared for a Phase 2 study in psoriasis. Dosing in its Phase 2-enabling toxicology programme finished in July 2026, with further regulatory work outstanding.

Its pipeline also includes SDC-1802 and the Chk1 inhibitor SRA737, for which Sareum is exploring partnerships.
