Syndex Bio is a Cambridge-based biotechnology company developing a proprietary platform technology that enables amplification of DNA methylation for the first time.

Unlike conventional PCR, which cannot preserve 5-methylcytosine signals, mcPCR copies both the four-base DNA code and its methylation patterns from limited clinical samples.

The technology is designed for oncology testing, early cancer detection, residual disease monitoring, and patient stratification, integrating into downstream genomic and multi-omic workflows.
